AJ’s Power Source Inc., has and will remain a custom power supply manufacturer above and beyond our MIL-STDSeries product line. We have many partners in the power supply business, and look to remain a leading edge supplier of custom power supplies. We review all of the needed specifications from our customer; produce a valid quote containing conceptual drawings, mechanical drawings, a proposed approach, and a detailed specification page. AJPS will then have multiple meetings with the engineering team to fulfill all power needs. AJPS will provide a projected schedule of prototyping to finalization of finished product to meet the customers full design timeframe. We realize every custom power supply need is different in nature and we look forward to working on your requirement.
Our overall concept consists of an aluminum case with thermal dispersion via a heat sink on the top of the unit. This design will meet all temperature requirements given by described in the specifications. This unit will be designed as a ruggedized military power system. The system will be designed with the regulated output of 15 VDC and 6 amps available. The input range will be 9 to 36VDC for start up. This power supply will be designed with weight and size in mind.

Our overall concept consists of a 6U x 6HP x 160mm ruggedized Plug in Power System. The system also contains over voltage, over current, over temperature and short circuit protection.

This fan free design and will meet all temperature requirements without external or internal airflow. This unit will be designed as a ruggedized military power system. The system will be designed with three regulated outputs. The first output will be 3.3VDC at 53 watts, the second output will be 5.6VDC at 40 watts and the third output will be 18.0VDC at 18watts. All outputs will be provided via a Glenair MWDM1L-37SCBRP-.110 Connector. This power supply is designed with weight and size in mind.

This Power Supply was design with weight and space available. AJPS believes this unit shows the complicated use of space and valuable design efforts it took to meet the customer’s objectives and specifications. This custom power supply has the ability to take in both universal AC power and a wide range of DC power and supply three different output voltages, one including battery charging.

Our overall concept consists of a .120 aluminum sealed case with thermal dispersion via our external heat sinks. This fan free design and will meet all temperature requirements without external or internal airflow. This unit will be designed as an outdoor, ruggedized unit, military power system. The system will be designed with universal, AC input and two separate outputs. The output will be 28VDC at 1000 watts. The unit will provide two output connectors both capable of supplying 100% of the load at one time, or each one can produce 500 watts per output connector if both connections are made at the same time. Both outputs will be circular style connectors. This power supply is designed with weight and size in mind.
